• One account per person: Each individual may register only one arionplay account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

arionplay supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions on the arionplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your arionplay account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. arionplay does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by arionplay within the timeframes published on the Platform. arionplay reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arionplay's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arionplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

arionplay shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events beyond arionplay's reasonable control.
